• Note - to all those here for awards - the error in computation of placements was a combination of errors. For those interested, this is just an explanation to hopefully prevent others from having the same problem. 1. The initial WSTIMS setup for placements was selected best 2 rnds, should have been best 1 rnd. 2. The jump computer crashed multiple times, and on reboot, in an effort to get the tourney back going, the tournament directory had not been reselected, sending a few scores under a different scoring parameter than originally selected. 3. A potential bug was discovered in WSTIMS 3.4 where certain NOPS values were not consistent. A jump say of 35 ft showed a given NOPS score, and the same jumpers next jump of 34 ft was showing a HIGHER NOPS score, only fixed when manually editing the jump up and then down in the edit mode, not the JUMP mode. It took Keith and I two hours to get to the bottom of that one. After all the confusion, no placements were affected but the overall NOPS values stated at the awards may have been misstated.
